Steps Before Pickup

Log into your account via the button below, then:

ASSIGN YOUR ORDER/ORDERS:

From the Menu
> Go to ‘Orders’
> Select ‘CLICK HERE’ to open the Order
> Select ‘ASSIGN ORDER’
Enter EMAIL ADDRESS (attached to the account of the Attendee) for EACH ORDER.

> If you have 1 Order, you will be using the Email address on your account.
> If you have multiple Orders, you will be using the Email address on the account of each attendee after they have created their account.

Once the Order has been assigned to each attendee they will then need to log into their account and sign the Indemnification Agreement on their Dashboard. This is Mandatory!

NOTE:
Assigning the Orders does NOT change the Authorized Pick Up Person.
The original purchasing account remains the Pick Up Person unless you complete the “PICK UP” form.

To ADD a Pick Up Person:
Log into your account
> Go to ‘Orders’
> Select ‘PICK UP’
> Fill out the form
